I am a businessman, philanthropist, president and founder of companies such as Vision International People Group (network marketing), DeVision (development), Cryptaur (blockchain), LifeWise (network marketing) and others. My enterprises are based in Ukraine, Austria, the Netherlands, Cyprus, Lithuania, Vietnam and Switzerland.
Early years and education
I was born on December 7, 1957, I have Russian, Belarusian, Ukrainian and Lithuanian roots. My parents were Arkady Buryak and Tatyana Sahaydachnaya. In 1964, my family moved to Mongolia for 5 years, where my father worked as a deputy director of a state-owned construction company that built residential areas. At the age of 7, while still in Mongolia, I went to school.
Later he entered the Moscow Geological Prospecting Institute and after a two-year break due to compulsory military service, he graduated in 1985 with a degree in geological engineering, specializing in the exploration of rare and radioactive minerals.
Then he worked at the Research Institute of the Diamond Industry, introducing new abrasive materials. Later he graduated from the Moscow Institute of Culture with a degree in director of cultural events. At the moment I constantly live and work in Ukraine.
Business
With the beginning of democratic changes, I started my business career as an independent entrepreneur. Having launched one of the first startups in the USSR, I organized the production of clothes and shoes. Subsequently, he collaborated with non-ferrous and ferrous metallurgy enterprises, participated in trading on the LME (London Metal Exchange). Later he became interested in the Wellness industry, which resulted in the creation of Vision International People Group in 1996, a network marketing company that manufactures and distributes dietary supplements and other health-related products through direct sales. By the end of 2013, Vision achieved an annual turnover of $96 million, ranking 85th globally in the industry. I also control various assets such as:
Forum Palace, sports, entertainment and business center in Vilnius (together with basketball star Sarunas Marciullionis)
SVF (Švenčionių vaistažolės) and Acorus, two companies specializing in the production of herbal teas and nutritional supplements in Lithuania
DeVision (formerly First Ukrainian Development), a development company in Ukraine with a portfolio of projects such as Domosfera (a multifunctional complex in Kiev, consisting of two shopping centers, the Ramada Encore hotel and the Europe office center).

The Russian pharmaceutical plant Akrikhin was later sold to Polpharma for $100 million.
The AquaVision beverage plant in Russia was later sold to Coca-Cola HBC for $200 million.

Shopping gallery Atmosfera
The shopping gallery “Atmosfera” was put into operation in April 2014. The shopping center combines premium clothing and accessories boutiques, White Ball and Pixel entertainment centers, a Multiplex cinema, a rollerdrome and a Silpo grocery supermarket.
Domosfera Style Center
The shopping center “Domosfera” was put into operation and has been successfully operating since May 2009. Domosfera specializes in premium home products and services and has firmly occupied its niche in the market. Cooperation with market leaders, world-famous architects, designers and brands ensures constant interest in the project from buyers. The D-HAB exhibition space is actively developing separately, on the basis of which large industry events in the field of design and architecture are held.
Conference hotel “Ramada Encore Kyiv”
The hotel is a city business hotel under the international hotel brand Ramada Encore. High standards, customer focus and staff loyalty are the key features of the hotel. The presence of a large number of modern and comfortable conference rooms has allowed the hotel to take a leading position in the conference service market.

The project of the Seven residential complex on Osokorki was successfully implemented together with the development company Stolitsa Group (co-founded by the Lithuanian company BT-Invest).
Hobby
Being a devoted fan and a true connoisseur of basketball, I took part in a number of projects related to this sport:
- Kyiv, the basketball club that I founded and managed with basketball star Alexander Volkov;
- Žalgiris, a famous Lithuanian basketball team that I have sponsored for many years;
- NEBL is the Northern European Basketball League, which I founded together with such basketball legends as Sarunas Marciulionis and Alexander Gomelsky.
My awards
On July 14, 2002, I was awarded the RANS medal for my practical contribution to strengthening the health of the nation. On December 18, 2002, at the annual awards ceremony of the magazine “Faces” I became the winner of the “Persons of the Year” award in the nomination “Lifestyle – Health”. In 2003, by decision of the Council of Self-Government of the Svianchensky District of the Republic of Lithuania, I was awarded the title of an honorary citizen of the city.
